First Dibs Comedy
Curated stand-up in the San Bernardino Mountains

In August 2022, Janeva launched First Dibs Comedy in a café in Blue Jay. By the second show, a line spilled out the front and folks were turned away due to capacity. After months of rearranging the chairs to fit more people, the show had to find a bigger home.  

In October of 2023, First Dibs Comedy partnered with the Lake Arrowhead Brewing Co.(a family-run local institution with nothing but good vibes), and the show found its sweet spot in the mountains!

The “special sauce” recipe of First Dibs is to curate fresh talent with diverse perspectives and backgrounds. The show mixes local talent with established comedians from the Greater Los Angeles area, honoring the local culture while pushing comedic boundaries. Each show is one-of-a-kind!
